Our aim is to deal with your complaint quickly (within 5 – 10 days) and to your complete satisfaction but if you are not happy with our handling of your complaint, you can ask the Legal Ombudsman at PO BOX 15870, Birmingham B30 9EB or at enquiries@legalombudsman.org.uk to consider the complaint once we have provided you with our final response.
